CNC & VMC Machining

Our machining department is equipped with advanced CNC and VMC machines. These systems allow us to achieve high-precision machining for critical parts such as piston rods, cylinder barrels, and end caps.

This stage ensures perfect dimensional accuracy and surface finishing that enhances product performance.

Welding

We utilize both MIG, TIG and Laser welding techniques to assemble heavy-duty hydraulic components. Our certified welders follow stringent welding procedures and standards to guarantee strong, leak-free joints for maximum reliability in high-pressure environments.

Quality Testing

Before moving to assembly, each component undergoes strict quality checks. Using advanced measuring tools and gauges, we validate every dimension, alignment, and tolerance to meet our exacting standards.

Washing Process

Cleanliness is critical in hydraulic systems. All components are thoroughly washed to eliminate oil, dust and metal debris. This step ensures contaminant-free assembly, leading to better product longevity and performance.

Assembly

Our skilled technicians carefully assemble each cylinder, paying close attention to detail and following precise procedures. This includes proper sealing, alignment and torque settings to ensure optimal operation.

Hydraulic Testing

Post-assembly, every cylinder is tested under actual working conditions. We conduct hydraulic pressure tests to verify load handling, stroke precision and leak-proof performance before shipment.

Painting Process

To ensure protection and professional finish, each product is coated with corrosion-resistant paints. Our painting process not only enhances durability but also ensures the cylinder looks as good as it performs.

Packing & Shipment

The final step is secure packing and labeling. Each unit is packaged with care to prevent damage in transit, ensuring that our customers receive their products in perfect working condition, ready for deployment.
